The rest of March

Lucy and her cute friend Hudson Neely did a gymnastics class together.  Lucy refused to go out and participate unless she was holding Hud's hand.  Good thing he was there!

March 4th: Lucy had her first dentist appointment and I was nervous for how it would go. She was definitely anxious (see those clenched fists?) but the office we went to was awesome and they did so well with her and so everything got done just fine!  And she had perfectly healthy teeth!

Balloons, goodie bags, Disney Jr. on tv... yeah she was happy.

Claire at Cosi.  Giddyup.

March 7th: we went to the dollar movie theater as a family to see Big Hero 6.  I spent most of the time standing in the back trying to help Claire keep quiet, and Lucy did really well for most of the movie until the popcorn ran out. :)  It was a fun, cheap family outing!

MAIL! Lucy's favorite thing in the world.  She asks to check the mail everyday and then asks if she got any.

March 12th: Spent a beautiful evening doing a session at the Columbus Ohio temple with Lisa.

The Dickson's from our ward went to the dentist and saw Lucy's picture on the wall since she was a new patient.  It was fun getting this picture from them.  Lucy felt famous for a minute. :)

March 15th: This cutie stayed home from church with me one day while I was sick.  It was so fun having a little bonding time along with her and seeing her cute spunky personality shine!

I love, love, love this girl and her style and personality!

Green dinner for St. Patrick's Day.

This kept them entertained for a while.  Love it when that happens!

 Zoo day!

She wanted it all on, so why not?!  Love this chubba cheeks!

The girls were playing downstairs while I was working out and Claire ended up almost falling asleep like this.  She sat there still and dazed for a long time!

We went to Cosi with some friends from church and Lucy had a blast!

One of our favorite neighbor friends, Hudson Evans, "egged" us before Easter.  The girls were beyond thrilled to run around finding the eggs and treats and sweet Easter message!

A chilly day at the park with the Madsens!

Lucy's dentist sent her a letter after her first visit reminding her to brush her teeth.  It included a big Cinderella sticker.  He's not a pediatric dentist per se, but he sure knows the way to kids' hearts!

The girls were both sick and playing together one day and ended up both falling asleep right where they were at on the floor... so sweet until they woke up tossing their cookies all over.
More reading time with my girlies!
One of their favorite hiding places.
