New Year's Eve

We had another successful New year's Eve!  Last year I did the same balloon thing and somehow Lucy remembered it and keep asking if we were doing the balloons again, so I had to!  We spent New Year's Eve day doing fun things, like filling out our New Year's Eve questionnaires, going to Dave & Buster's, having a pizza party and early countdown/celebration/dance party with the Neely's, and ended with a glow stick bath.  Once the girls were in bed, Ryan and I pulled out some chocolate fondu with bananas and a few other things and watched a movie or something on tv until the real countdown.

 The girls took turns popping the balloons to find out what it said inside.

 Our NYE party bucket included glow sticks, balloons, horns, poppers, headbands, and treats!

We were originally going to go bowling, but the line was over 2 hours and getting longer, so we went to Dave & Buster's instead.  It was so fun because there were plenty of games that both girls could enjoy, and they got a lot of tickets, which meant some candy and toys as prizes at the end.  They loved it!

 Happy New Year (at 7pm for the kids! ha!).
